Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Product Operation Lead who will be working closely with the Principal Product Manager for Cloud Services. While the Principal Product Manager owns product strategy and roadmap direction, this role focuses on day‑to‑day execution and operational follow‑through across client’s cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- include helping translate the cloud roadmap into actionable work for product owners, supporting Agile teams as they create and execute stories, coordinating across engineering, architecture, operations, security, and finance, and providing clear updates and materials for leadership.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders are critical for success in this role.
- This position is a good fit for a senior IT professional who understands large enterprise environments, is comfortable working across multiple teams, and enjoys bringing structure and clarity to complex initiatives.
Required Experience:
- Hands‑on experience with Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Product operations, delivery, or execution management experience
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and sprint‑based delivery
- Strong communication skills, especially with senior leadership
- Ability to translate strategy or roadmap direction into executable work
- Two year experience with Pro Desk API
- Nice to Have: -Cloud certifications -Healthcare experience

Minimum Education and/or Experience Required: (Education Requirements and Experience):
Bachelor's degree with 5 years' demonstrated technical experience and 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience, or Associate's degree with 7 years' experience and 1 year of demonstrated leadership experience, or HS/GED with 9 years of experience and 1 years' of demonstrated leadership experience in a large, complex organization.
Licensure/Certification Required:
Certification in cloud engineering is required."
