Overview:
Configuration and support of Dynamics 365 with a focus on building out Customer Insights that can be scaled across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate would be expected to proactively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, management, developers and quality assurance.
May be involved in multiple initiatives simultaneously and needs to be able to manage time effectively and maintain focus on the highest priority work at any given time.
Would be expected to use requirements to drive the design and review of test cases, process change requests, and manage the project’s scope and acceptance.

Education:

Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years’ experience OR Associate’s Degree with 6 years’ experience.

Required Skills:

Experience in Dynamics 365 configuration and requirements gathering.
Experience with Customer Insights rollout for a large organization

Preferred Skills:

Experience in a healthcare environment
Prefer Microsoft Dynamics certifications RS Internal
