ScoreMonster is currently seeking a motivated, outgoing sports-oriented sales representative. ScoreMonster.com is a Sports Content Management (SaaS) owned and operated by Da Vinci Software. We are looking for someone who is passionate about sports technology, self-driven, has excellent communication skills and loves working in a competitive, fast paced team.   If this is you, we would love to talk to you about joining our team!

Responsibilities:
  • Partner and collaborate with customers via telephone and email to solve business needs and offer solutions
  • Build trusting and lasting relationships with our customer-base and communities
  • Collaborate with product owners and development teams to share customer needs
  • Daily interaction via phone, email and social resulting with prospective clients
  • Learn new technologies and demonstrate understanding of technology trends
  • Maintain accurate daily record of sales activity using a CRM
  • Be flexible to learn and take on multiple tasks related to sales and marketing
 
Qualifications:
  • College degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and telephone skills required
  • Experience using Salesforce.com or similar CRM (Preferred)
  • Develop a well-rounded understanding of our sales philosophy, market and customer needs
  • Proficient use of digital marketing technologies including (but not limited to) sales automation, marketing automation, dashboard reporting and commission tracking software
  • Must be able to multi-task with consistent and timely follow-through
  • Very strong internet skills and high comfort level using web-based applications
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Must be able to exercise independent judgment and a strong work ethic to effectively manage your time to drive sales within your territory
  • Experience in software or web application sales is preferred
