*Digital Product Manager (Remote)

Overview:
Our client is seeking a Digital Product Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the ongoing development and growth of the Inpatient Digital Whiteboard solution.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Managing the product backlog including defining user stories for new features, bug resolution and prioritization
  • Working closely with clinical practice stakeholders and Nursing Informatics to ensure integration into existing clinical workflows and edge cases that need to be considered
  • Collaborating with technical subject matter experts to determine data sources and expected accuracy
  • Partnering with internal design resources to guide the feature design and obtain the necessary approvals
  • Communication with development teams and risk mitigation as required
  • Providing support for operational teams as they develop communication and training for end users
  • Partnering with QA and technical SMEs to conduct quality testing
Required Skills:
  • Proof of detail-oriented mindset to ensure quality, including the ability to identify potential risks and escalate appropriately with affected stakeholders 
  • Previous healthcare or health IT experience
  • Experience working in Agile teams
  • Formal product management
  • Electronic Health Record integrations
Strongly Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in inpatient care setting
  • Experience with Epic EHR, especially 
  • Adoption of AI to enable greater work capacity and quality 
  • Previous JIRA experience
Education Required:
  • Bachelor's Degree (business, communications, advertising, marketing, statistics, engineering, technology, health care) and three plus (3+) yrs of digital product management experience (two (2) yrs with digital products)
    OR
    -HS diploma/GED with Minimum of five (5) years direct digital product management.
